Aerodrome v1.1

Aerodrome V1.1 4 - 10 players

Aerodrome v1.1 is a fast paced WWI air combat game which is easy to learn. You will be in the sky after a 15 minute rules tutorial. No experience required. Your goal is to shoot down enemy aircraft without having the same done to you. We will play 3 games in the 4 hours slot.

Fight for the Air over Guadalcanal! 2 - 6 players

Minimum age: You must be 13 years of age or older to participate in this event.

A flight of Bettys is coming in fast from Rabaul in the seesaw fight for Henderson field! Fend them off as the staunch American defenders, or escort the crucial strike as the last of the skilled samurai of the air.

De Bellis Antiquitatis Tourney 4 - 12 players

DBA 2.2 Open 40mm frontage tournament. 3-4 rounds. Standard 30"x30" boards. Terrain Provided. Loaner Armies Available. No experience really necessary but it would help.

DHR (Damned Human Race)

Minimum age: You must be 13 years of age or older to participate in this event.

Colonial period in South Africa - Zulu warriors attack a British relief force. Play as Zulu, British or both. The game system is simple and fast. No experience necessary; you'll get the hang of it after the first round. The scenario is simple and clean to ensure multiple games can be played if desired.

Field of Glory

Lake Trasimene: Hannibal's Ambush 6 - 12 players

Minimum age: You must be 13 years of age or older to participate in this event.

The Battle of Lake Trasimene (June 24, 217 BC, April on the Julian calendar) is considered one of the largest and most successful ambushes in military history. Can the Roman consul Gaius Flaminius preserve his trained, disciplined army? Or will Hannibal crush his opponents and once again prove his status as possibly the greatest general of all? The game will be a Field of Glory demo, open to new players.

Flames of War 2E

Flames of War Late-War Tournament 6 - 9 players
Sat1500 (8), Sat2000 (8), Sun1000 (8), Sun1500 (9) Intermediate

Minimum age: You must be 13 years of age or older to participate in this event.

It's the Summer of 1944. Can the Allied armies push the Axis forces back towards their borders, or will the Axis dig in and refuse to give ground? This tournament event will serve as a 2009 Flames of War National Qualifier. The format of this event will be a five (5) round, 1750 point, three (3) variant list Late-War event. Hitler's armies have seen years of good fortune. With American and Soviet might now being brought to bear, will the tide turn or will the vaunted German Army continue to see success? This tournament event will serve as a 2009 Flames of War National Qualifier. The format of this event will be a five (5) round, 1750 point, three (3) variant list Mid-War event. I Ain't Been Shot Mum by Too Fat Lardies

Minimum age: You must be 13 years of age or older to participate in this event.

It's April 1945, and you are a platoon commander in the Red Army's 270th Guards Rifle Regiment. Orders have come down from Regimental HQ that the main objective for today is to seize the new City Hall/Party headquarters in the German city of Markburg. The communiqué mentions an award for the first platoon commander to raise the Red Banner over the objective, but apparently there is only ONE award to be handed out. It's a chance for glory, but who wants to die with the war so close to ending?

Archeological expeditions funded by various nations hurry to loot newly discovered ruins in a mysterious valley in a Sub-Sahara colony before the French Foreign Legion withdraws its protection from the area. Players have competitive objectives, acting in loose cooperation, in a adventure-Colonials setting, with a fast-moving, semi-simultaneous action system based on Memoir 44 system. In 25mm.

Minimum age: You must be 13 years of age or older to participate in this event.

The Chinese Imperials are supporting the Boxer uprising, and the various Western world embassies in 1900 Peking must defend their one square mile perimeter in the city till relief comes. Game system based on Memoir 44, using 15mm figures.

North Sea Slug Fest 1 - 6 players
Fri2000 (6), Sat1500 (6) Beginner

Take a walk back in time on the wooden planks of a mighty sailing ship. Fight your way out of a mess as a storm has lifted revealing your fleet intermixed with that of the enemy. Disaster can be one move away from salvation. Can you sail your fleet to complete victory, or will you go down to Davy Jones' Locker?

Easy enough for a complete beginner, yet challenging enough for a salted sea dog.

It's 1754 and two postage-stamp sized countries have declared war over . . . oh, who cares this time. Both sides need to control the bride over a river outside the town Szolnok. It's time for column, line, square, and very colorful uniforms. Ah, for the days when real men wore pink. Fairly simple rules, using inches and only 2d6's. Children are welcome.

Victory at Sea

Operation Skyhook - Battle of Pala Passage 4 - 9 players
Sat1000 (9) Beginner

In 1943 the US Navy plans to seize the island of Levu Vana from the Japanese in Operation Skyhook. Their hope is to build an airfield in the central Pacific to operate long-range bombers. Admiral 'Rock' Torrey must face the Japanese Navy's super-battleship YAMATO as the Japanese move to destroy the American amphibious landing. Game features 1/6000 miniatures by Figurehead and custom island terrain of Pala Passage.
