On this page you will find a list of gaming events sorted alphabetically by rules system. For a listing of all events and their time slots, see the Gaming Overview. You can find information on how to submit gaming events of your own on our Gamemasters Page.

Classic Battletech

FRAG with LEGOs. A return with more figures, more guns, and more room to kill. The game is continuous, a prize is awarded for each set of six Frags you score. Play as long as you want.

Games Workshop

Games Workshop's Figure Paint and Take Clinic 1 - 20 players
Sat2000 (20), Sun1500 (20) Beginner

Come join the Games Workshop staff as they provide a series of hands-on demonstrations on assembling, customizing, and painting various miniature figures. You'll receive tips and tricks on prepping, assembling, and basing your figures. You'll also learn how to paint, shadow, and highlight your figures using the wide variety of foundation paints and washes that are now available. Give it a go yourself and walk away with your work at the end of your visit.

Games Workshop's Terrain Make and Take Clinic 1 - 20 players

Come join the Games Workshop staff as they provide a series of hands-on demonstrations on building, customizing, and painting their various terrain products. You'll learn what you can do with their 40K city pieces, their Fantasy buildings, and other Citadel terrain products. You'll also learn painting and weathering techniques, using the wide variety of foundation paints and washes that are now available. Give it a go yourself and walk away with your work at the end of your visit.

Miniatures Painting

Miniature Painting Class 1 - 12 players
Sat1000 (12), Sat1500 (12) Intermediate

Want to make your miniatures look a bit better but not sure what you can do? Have you been reading online miniature painting articles but things still seem fuzzy? Well stop by to learn all of this and much much more! Demos of techniques from many great artists will be taught and mostly will be a listening class but you are encouraged to bring finished miniatures and works in progress. All skill levels welcome! There will be something taught for everyone!

Reaper Paint and Take 1 - 6 players

Come and pick out a free primed Reaper miniature, paint it, and then take your masterpiece home with you. All brushes, miniatures and Master Series Paints will be provided (though you are welcome to bring your own). While preregistering guarantees you a seat at the start of each time slot, this event is a walk up and participate event: there may be a wait until one of the 6 painting stations is free. Some basic instruction/guidance will also be available.

Rugged Adventures

Pulp Friction: Expeditons to Demon Island 3 - 6 players

Minimum age: You must be 13 years of age or older to participate in this event.

Three determined groups of adventurers have converged on Pulau Setan; the Yanks intend to rescue a kidnapped starlet, the Chinese Tong seek to regain their stolen idol, & the Nazis lust after a forbidden tome; to reach its goal, each heroic band must defeat the evil cultists & survive the dangers of The Isle of Demons!

Steve Jackson's Ogre Miniatures

Turmoil in Europe: Ogre Returns! 6 - 12 players

It's 2079 and futuristic war is raging once again across the fields of Europe. The North American Combine, allied with Britain, has invaded Paneurope and now occupies the Bremen-Cologne-Brussels arc. As a unit commander in this hellish environment, can you make a difference in this clash between GEV and Heavy Tank, between the forces of Paneurope and the dreaded Ogre?

Warhammer 40k

Owlcon Warhammer 40k RTT 8 - 18 players
Sun1000 (16), Sun1500 (18) Intermediate

Special event: You must have a Special Events badge to participate in this event.

Minimum age: You must be 13 years of age or older to participate in this event.

The Owlcon Warhammer 40k RTT – 1850 points – Three games, 2 hours each – Current Codeci and Rulebooks. No Apocalypse, Imperial Armour, Armored Company or Feral Orks allowed. Must have all rules you wish to use on hand (FAQs, etc) Must have 3 lists (one for GM, one for Opponent, one for You) WYSIWYG in full effect. Models must be assembled, primed, and based as a bare minimum.

Warhammer 7th edition

Warhammer Fantasy 8 - 24 players

Special event: You must have a Special Events badge to participate in this event.

Warhammer Fantasy, 2250 pts. 3 games, scenarios modify Victory and Battle points. Painting not required. Preliminary scoring breakdown: 48 battle, 17 sports, 16 comp, 14 paint. Bonus 5 points for submitting a legal list to davidwarhammer@gmail.com by 11:59 pm Wednesday February 4. Max 2 hours per game, so do not dawdle. No special characters, including named unit champions.

Dungeon of Dread III: The Wrath of Ebon 1 - 6 players

A year ago, the Warlords of Taltos stormed the lair of Gauth, defeated his traps, stole his treasure and even slew the dragon himself. But that was then; a new presence lurks in the Dungeon of Dread, and it waits for you! Command a party of painted Reaper minis as you explore the dungeon in search of adventure. Uses the Reaper Warlord system rules; all materials provided, Reaper prizes awarded for the most loot! Runs continuously during the con; no pre-reg necessary.

Throw down with some fellow bloodthirsty brigands in this 500 pt battle! Victory favors the bold, so build your list, bring your best, and as always, "PLAY LIKE YOUV'E GOT A PAIR!!" This event will use the most recent Steamroller event rules and scenarios. Armies must be fully assembled, but do not need to be fully painted or based. All players must have their own models, cards, tokens, dice, tape measure, marker, and templates.
