On this page you will find a list of gaming events sorted alphabetically by rules system. You can find information on how to submit gaming events of your own on our Gamemasters Page.

  • Timeslot listings reflect the number of slots left, e.g. Fri 8:00 PM [2 hrs] (1 slot left) means there is one slot left in the Friday session that begins at 8:00 PM and runs for two hours

Aerodrome 1.1

WWI Air Combat 4 - 8 players

Aerodrome 1.1 is a miniatures based WWI air combat game that plays fast and is easy to learn. Each player will use a wooden control board to plot his/her moves and combat actions. Pilots score points for doing damage, shooting down enemy aircraft and hitting ground targets when applicable. And, of course, pilots lose points for getting shot down. Pilots receive "bling" (medals/awards) for pilot kills and other achievements.

Axis & Allies War at Sea

War at Sea - WWII Battle of Calabria 2 - 16 players

Using Axis & Allies War at Sea (WaS) miniatures and a board measuring 120" X 80", help recreate the Battle of Calabria. The game uses WaS rules on a grand scale with a few house rules and varying victory conditions. Communication between task force leaders is essential and a naval historian will be present to provide participants with the historical perspectives and insight. Up to 16 participants; beginners welcome.

War at Sea - WWII Campaign for the Java Sea 2 - 16 players

Using Axis & Allies War at Sea (WaS) miniatures and rules, fight the campaign of the Java Sea on a grand scale. Protect the capital ships for your long-term war efforts and victory. A naval historian can provide background; intermediate game with up to half of the slots available to beginners.

Eco-Warrior

Save the Whale! 4 - 8 players

Minimum age: You must be 13 years of age or older to participate in this event.

Sign aboard a Greenpeace vessel as an Eco-Warrior to Save the Whales, or go hunting w/ the Japanese whaling fleet for fun and profit on the high seas. This is a non-military game but offers plenty of action with Zodiac inflatables filled with protestors playing chicken with the whalers and other mayhem.

Field of Glory

Field of Glory Ancients Tournament 8 - 16 players

Following on from the incredible success of the last two years, we offer another FOG Open Ancients Tournament. One 800 point list from any army book. Three rounds. All games will be 3.5 hours long. Field of Glory Primer - The Battle of Clontarf 4 - 8 players

For 200 years, Viking raiders had spread across Europe, including Russia, France and Ireland. In the late 900's the King of Ireland's Munster province, Brian Boru, united Ireland. His rivals called upon Viking assistance. The battle of Clontarf would impact Viking power in Europe.

Join us for this introductory game featuring the popular Field of Glory rules. Prize support provided by Osprey Books and Slitherine, Ltd.

Flames of War : Infantry Aces Tournament 6 - 12 players

Minimum age: You must be 13 years of age or older to participate in this event.

The battles for and around the Italian town of Cassino raged for many months in early 1944. Come join us for a three round escalation tournament, for late-war infantry companies ONLY. All Cassino Infantry Aces and Boots on the Ground rules will be in effect. Your 500, 700, and 900 point infantry lists may, however, be drawn from any official late-war briefing.

Besieged in Khartoum, 1914 3 - 8 players

Minimum age: You must be 13 years of age or older to participate in this event.

It is summer 1914 in a timeline where the Mahdist Empire still controls Sudan and Egypt. The European legations in Khartoum distrust each other on the eve of WWI, and also fear growing Arab hostility. Will they stand their ground or try to escape? Will they cooperate, or betray each other in order to survive? City-fight in 25mm using very modified Gaslight rules.

Heart of Oak Sailing

Frigate Fight in the Age of Sail 2 - 6 players

Just off the coast in the Mediterranean, the little guys get to mix it up in the Napoleonic age of fighting sail. Hexless naval miniatures combat using 1/900th scale ships from Portsmouth Miniatures based in Texas. It's the British vs the French, you can do a funny accent either way! Just make sure you line up on their stern and rake 'em hard with a full broadside.

Extra coolness points if you bring a sailor hat.

It is April 1945, and Berlin is in ruins. As the Red Army advances into the heart of the Reich's capital, it is finding that the German defenders may not be numerous, but they have no shortage of determination and courage.

Those two 18th century "imaginations" just cannot play nice with each other. This time both sides have sent columns into the Disputed Border Territories because veins of copper have recently been found in the mines of the territories. That can mean only one thing. Both sides have the same "strategic interest" in the Disputed Border Territories. The feathers are about to start flying.

Early in the Russo-Japanese War, a Russian army launches a counter-offensive to relieve the siege of Port Arthur, and attracts the attention of other Japanese forces in the foothills of Manchuria. Fast moving game in 15 mm using modifed Memoir 44 action card command system.
