A world-scale charities organizations gala has its light and dark sides -- awards and ceremonies; bargains and crises. A global relief organization is meeting with its primary sponsor (a multi-national corporation) to resolve a scandal. This Cthulhu Live Action Role Playing game uses a very simplified version of the CL game system. Set in Victoria, BC, 2003 AD, this game event combines elements from the two award winning games of Call of Cthulhu and Delta Green. Themes include espionage, horror, the Mythos, high society affairs, and humanitarianism.

The Mafia of Houston have mysteriously disappeared, leaving a power vacuum of vice to those willing to pick up the pieces. Would-be secret rulers of the underworld of various shrouded backgrounds interact with those that make the underworld tick (chop shop ring runners, big pimps, drug bosses, etc.) in a night of intrigue and mystery. This game is set in White Wolf's World of Darkness setting in modern day Houston, where the shadows are darker, the people more corrupt and you really don't want to know what goes bump in the night.

Player Gear: Some costuming appropriate for various people found in the underworld is a bonus.
